Karina and David’s Beautiful Chinese And Western Wedding
Karina and David had a Chinese Tea Ceremony followed by an afternoon garden wedding and it was a day that turned out even more perfectly than they imagined with the help of toronto Florist.
Karina wore a red and gold traditional Chinese outfit and looked regal and serene. We loved her gold headpiece with gold strands hanging down. Her parents joined her in the bedroom as the traditional chinese wedding door games began. David looked slick and stylish in a matching red traditional outfit and his side of the bridal party in suits. They passed the bridesmaid’s questions and challenges and met Karina in the bedroom upstairs.
Everyone hugged as the happy couple came down the stairs for the start of the Chinese tea ceremony. Family members offered blessings and gifts to the couple as they gave tea to them. It was a beautiful start to the day and just the beginning.
For the Western wedding, Karina’s dress was soft and feminine with bridal accessories to match. She wore a crystal tiara with a veil and carried a bouquet of white flowers to complete another stunning bridal ensemble.
We went to Glendon College for the couple’s first look and photoshoot before the ceremony. David’s rich blue suit looked great as he was waiting for his bride. Romantic moments unfolded as they saw each other and we began taking photos and video as they walked hand in hand around the gardens.
The outdoor wedding ceremony and reception were at the Paradise Banquet Hall. The garden has a colonnade that makes a wonderful altar and white chairs and flower stands made the set-up look eye-catching and modern. The ceremony was beautiful, with emotions running high as the couple exchanged rings and vows in front of their nearest and dearest. More than a few tears were falling as well as many smiles and laughter.
At the reception, we saw major celebrating with dancing, dining, speeches, cake cutting and a very romantic first dance performed by our newlyweds on a dry ice cloud.
Later in the night, the couple changed back into their Chinese attire and Chinese dragons performed to entertain the guests. It ceremony was a wonderful day and we were delighted to see it all turn out so beautifully.
