What’s your photo and video style?

We also love when couples share a shot list or inspiration board. It helps us capture exactly what you’ve been envisioning while keeping everything relaxed and stress-free.
Will I know who my photographer or videographer will be?
Yes, always! You get to choose the style that suits you best — whether you love a more candid, go-with-the-flow approach or prefer something directional and refined.
Once you’ve chosen your style, we’ll match you with the perfect team, and you’ll even have the chance to meet them before signing. We’re completely transparent from start to finish.
Do I need a second photographer or videographer?
Usually not! We only recommend a second shooter if your wedding has over 350 guests — otherwise, our main team covers everything beautifully.
Can I see full weddings, not just highlights?
Of course! We’ll happily share full wedding galleries and complete films so you can see what a full story looks like from beginning to end.
Are you insured?
Yes — our team is fully insured, and all venues recognize our coverage. You can rest assured everything is handled professionally.
How do you back up and protect our footage?
Every camera we use records to dual memory cards. After the event, all files are backed up to hard drives and then uploaded securely to Dropbox.
Once your files are safe, you’ll receive a notification, and you can even keep a personal copy for peace of mind.
What happens if our photographer or videographer gets sick or can’t make it?
You’re fully covered — we always have a backup team on standby to ensure your day is documented without interruption.
Do you offer drone coverage?
Yes! Drone coverage is complimentary whenever weather and location allow it. It adds a beautiful cinematic touch to your wedding film and photos.
Do you respect religious or cultural traditions?
Absolutely. We’re honored to have experience photographing and filming many different cultures and traditions. Before your wedding, we’ll go through your rundown form together so we can prepare and honor your customs properly.
Can you help with lighting or venue advice?
Definitely! We’re happy to offer lighting and timing suggestions for your venue or getting-ready locations. Our goal is to make every image naturally flattering and beautifully lit.
What kind of packages do you offer?
We offer a wide range of photo and video collections, from 8-hour coverage to full-day (12-hour) options. You can also add on engagement sessions, extra hours, or highlight films.
What’s included in the photo and video deliverables?
For videography, you’ll receive:
A 3–5 minute cinematic short film
A 1–2 hour full-feature film
All raw footage
For photography, a full-day wedding typically includes 700–1200 edited photos, depending on your timeline.
For engagement sessions, you’ll receive around 70–120 photos.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! Every wedding is different, and we love tailoring your collection to fit your timeline, coverage needs, and investment comfort.
What’s your retainer and payment schedule?
For full-day weddings, the retainer is 30%, and for non-full-day weddings, it’s 50%.
The remaining balance is due the week of your wedding before the big day.
Do you charge travel fees?
There’s no travel fee within the GTA.
For Niagara or Hamilton, the travel fee is $100, and for Ottawa, Sudbury, or other destinations, it varies based on distance.
What’s your cancellation or date-change policy?
The retainer is non-refundable, but if you need to change your date, there’s no penalty as long as we can accommodate the new date.
If your original team isn’t available, we’ll work closely with you to find the best possible replacement.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking about a year in advance, especially for popular wedding months. This helps ensure you get your preferred team and date.
When do you usually start on the wedding day?
We begin at the groom’s location, spending about 30–45 minutes there before heading to the bride.
We like to arrive at the bride’s location one hour before her makeup is scheduled to finish, so we can capture those soft, emotional moments before she steps into her dress.
Do you help with the wedding timeline?
Yes! We’ll guide you through your rundown form and coordinate directly with your planner to make sure the schedule feels smooth and stress-free.
What if it rains on the wedding day?
No problem at all — we’ve got you covered (literally!). We always recommend having an indoor studio or venue as a backup, or keeping a few transparent umbrellas on hand — they photograph beautifully!
Do you recommend doing a first look?
We do! A first look lets you enjoy a private, relaxed moment together, while giving us a controlled setting for lighting and angles.
That said, a ceremony first look is just as beautiful and emotional — it all depends on what feels right for you.
How do we make sure all the important moments are captured?
The best way is to prepare a shot list, especially for family photos. It’s also helpful to have someone assist with organizing family members — since we may not know everyone by name.
How do you handle ceremony audio and speeches?
We use external microphones, including one discreetly placed on the groom and another connected to the DJ’s system, to ensure every word is recorded clearly.
Do you require a vendor meal?
Yes, for full-day weddings, we ask for a vendor meal so our team can refuel and stay energized throughout the day.
Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, we do! Same-day edits are available as an add-on for weddings booked with two videographers. It’s an incredible way to relive your day with your guests that very evening.
Who’s responsible for permits and drone permissions?
The client is responsible for all location permits and permissions, but we’ll happily guide you on what’s needed.
Drone coverage is included whenever weather and venue policies allow.
What happens if our wedding runs late?
Don’t worry — it happens! We offer overtime coverage, and we’ll go over the rates in advance so there are no surprises.
When will we receive our photos and videos?
After your wedding, we first make sure everything is safely backed up. You’ll receive a notification once your files are secure, along with a link to your RAW files.
Final photos are delivered within 4–6 weeks, and videos within 8–9 weeks, depending on the season.
How many edited photos will we receive?
A full 12-hour wedding includes around 800–1200 edited photos, depending on your timeline and events.
What’s your editing style?
Our editing is natural, bright, and timeless — never over-filtered or overly contrasted. We want your images to feel elegant, airy, and true to how your day looked and felt.
Can we request changes to our photos or videos?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll have up to 3 weeks after delivery to share your feedback, and we’ll be happy to make adjustments during that time.
Can we choose our own music for the highlight film?
Yes — you can select your music preferences in your rundown form, so we can create something that perfectly reflects your vibe.
Do you provide RAW files?
Yes, RAW photos and video files are included for your safekeeping.
What rights do we have?
You have full personal rights to your photos and videos. You’re free to print, post, and share them however you like — they’re yours to cherish.
How do you deliver everything?
Your gallery and films are delivered through an online gallery and download link, making it easy to view and share with friends and family.
Do you keep backups of our files?
Yes — we keep your RAW files backed up for six months after the wedding. During that time, you’re welcome to order albums or prints directly through your gallery at a very affordable price.
