We always get excited to photograph a Jewish wedding. There’s always a huge celebratory mood, lavish decorations and much dancing around the religious ceremony that is so deep and meaningful. Jewish weddings are fast-moving and filled with emotion as the couple enters married life and their families join together.
Tamara and Ron’s wedding was all of what we just described and more. A day filled with sentimental, joyful moments and some seriously high-energy celebrations was had by all.
Tamara was such a joyful, relaxed bride whose smile radiated all day long. We started with the girls getting ready for their bridal party photo session outside in their satin robes – with champagne, of course! A pretty fall backdrop was lovely but chilly, so we moved indoors for more photos. The boys were ready at Kleinburg, looking stylishly dapper.
Tamara soon appeared in her gorgeous bridal gown with a low, lacy back, fitted bodice and tulle skirt. She wore her long hair loose with waves and delicate jewelry that was simply amazing. What a gorgeous bride! Her bouquet of red, pink and white roses finished her elegant bridal look and she was ready to see Ron.
During the first moments of the first look, the couple looked absolutely giddy with excitement to see each other. We took photos around the stunning grounds of Kleinburg with the whole bridal party.
The vibrant reds tones in the bridesmaid’s dresses and bouquets were perfect for the fall wedding. We had just enough breeze to get those romantic couple images with the veil flowing around them.
The ceremony was indoors under a chuppah of white drapery adorned with fresh roses and greenery. The couple showed guests the ketubah, which was signed before the ceremony and exchanged rings and vows. Following some Jewish wedding traditions, the couple was announced man and wife by the Rabbi and everyone cheered for the newlyweds.
It was then straight to the Fontana Primavera ballroom filled with lavish florals, candles and soft lighting. And the dancing began! Everyone joined in on the dance floor and shared their joy and happiness for the couple.
Tamara and Ron sat at a lovely sweetheart table on a small stage and enjoyed their loved ones’ speeches. Dinner was served with regular outbursts of dancing.
The couple stole the dance floor when they performed their first dance. They slow danced to a romantic song as dreamy layers of dry ice made it look like they were dancing in the clouds. More speeches followed as everyone wanted to shower the couple with words of love. Finally, it was the couple’s turn to speak and they lovingly thanked everyone for being there and announced the party was on.
Everyone had the most fabulous time and we are blessed to have such beautiful clients like Tamara and Ron.
