Can The Contract Be Modified

Can The Contract Be Modified?

Never sign an agreement without reading and understanding it.

These are our suggestions on what to notice in the contract :

  • Deposit and payment structure
  • Privacy policy. If you and your partner are private person that choose to be off their social media marketing platform, please ensure it is written in contract.
  • Ensure you are receiving NON WATERMARKED images, and you own the copyright to the image.
  • A “failure to perform” clause, where if in the act of God or any other reason, the service is failed to perform, there is a refund policy in hand.

Do You Provide Digital Negatives?

Providing the digital negatives is a very contentious issue among professionals. Photographers never gave film negatives to the client without charging a bundle.

Since digital files are the same thing as negatives, many photographers charge upward to $1000 for them.

Young wedding photographer team in Toronto like us, realize that the market has changed. Wedding clients demand to receive the digital negatives as part of their package, and we would be more than happy to deliver it. As long that our clients are happy, we are happy.

How long are their raw files archived?

Digital files are huge, as they fill up hard drives. Most photographers won’t spend money on servers to save your raws. Focus saves all your raws and backs it up! We spend thousands of dollars on servers to ensure all your memories are safe.
